Sec. 10a-143b. Technology training programs. The Board for State Academic
Awards shall establish, within available appropriations, innovative on-line teacher and
higher education faculty training programs on the integration of technology into the
public school curriculum and courses at public institutions of higher education in order
to improve student learning. On and after July 1, 2001, the training program established
for public school teachers shall be consistent with the standards developed pursuant to
section 4d-85.
