Sec. 10a-153. Remodeling, alteration, repair or enlargement projects, set-aside requirements. The constituent units of the state system of higher education shall
comply with the provisions of section 4a-60g when undertaking remodeling, alteration,
repair or enlargement projects pursuant to the provisions of sections 4b-51, 4b-52, 4b-55 and 4b-91.
