Sec. 10a-155c. Hepatitis B information. For the school year commencing in
2005, and each school year thereafter, each public or independent institution of higher
education shall provide (1) information about hepatitis B and the risks of contracting
hepatitis B by college-age individuals, to all matriculated students, and (2) notice of the
availability and benefits of a hepatitis B vaccine.
