Sec. 10a-198. (Formerly Sec. 10-357). Chapter controlling over inconsistent
law. To the extent that the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions
of any general statute or special act or parts thereof, the provisions of this chapter shall
be deemed controlling.
