Sec. 12-170h. Powers of Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management.
The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall have power to enforce the
provisions of this chapter and sections 12-129b to 12-129d, inclusive, and may make
all necessary regulations for that purpose and for carrying out, enforcing and preventing
violations of all or any of the provisions of said chapter and sections.
