Sec. 13a-123h. Provisions of other statutes, ordinances, etc., not abrogated.
Nothing in sections 13a-123c to 13a-123j, inclusive, shall be construed to abrogate or
affect the provisions of any statute, ordinance, regulation or resolution which are more
restrictive than the provisions of said sections.
