Sec. 13a-97c. Contracts for repair, improvement and maintenance work on
limited access highways or concerning adopt a highway programs. The Commissioner of Transportation may enter into contracts for repair, improvement and maintenance work on any limited access highway, or concerning any adopt a highway program,
excluding the Merritt Parkway.
