Sec. 13a-98k. Use of program roadways or facilities by utility facilities or utilities. The use of federal surface transportation urban program roadways or facilities
by "utility facilities or utilities", as defined in section 13a-98f, and any readjustment,
relocation or removal thereof shall be subject to the provisions in said section 13a-98f.
