Sec. 13a-98l. Specifications to encourage use of recycled materials in projects.
The Commissioner of Transportation shall revise the specifications for materials used
for projects undertaken by the commissioner to encourage the use of recycled materials
to the maximum extent possible consistent with public safety and economic feasibility.
