Sec. 13a-165a. Acceptance of municipal grants for federal-aid highway projects. In the performance of his powers and duties under section 13a-165, the Commissioner of Transportation may accept on behalf of the state any grant offered or made
available to him by any municipality for the purpose of financing the state share of a
proposed federal-aid highway project.
