Sec. 13b-57k. Commissioner of Transportation to submit annual report re
non-TSB projects. Not later than January 1, 2004, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Transportation shall submit a report to the board listing projects, other than TSB
projects, that the department determines to be of greatest importance and the reasons for
such determination.
