Sec. 14-38a. Instruction manual printed in Spanish. The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall prepare an instruction manual in Spanish for motor vehicle operation
which shall be made available, upon request, to any Spanish-speaking person who has
applied or intends to apply for a Connecticut motor vehicle operator's license.
