Sec. 14-46a. Motor Vehicle Operator's License Medical Advisory Board: Definitions. As used in sections 14-46b to 14-46g, inclusive, "board" means the Motor
Vehicle Operator's License Medical Advisory Board established under section 14-46b,
"commissioner" means the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, and "department" means
the Department of Motor Vehicles.
