Sec. 14-298a. Operation of motor vehicle exceeding posted clearance or load
prohibited. No person shall operate or move a motor vehicle over, on, through, or under
any bridge or structure on any highway if the height of such vehicle or the load exceeds
the height of the posted clearance or load, as shown by an official traffic control device,
as defined in section 14-297. Any person violating any provision of this section shall
have committed an infraction.
