Sec. 15-52. Operation of aircraft during period of suspension or revocation of right to operate.

      Sec. 15-52. Operation of aircraft during period of suspension or revocation of right to operate. No person whose right to operate any aircraft in this state has been suspended or revoked shall operate any aircraft during the period of such suspension or revocation. No person shall operate or cause to be operated any aircraft of which the right to operate has been suspended or revoked. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days or both.
