      Sec. 17a-54a. Support for families with children with serious, chronic medical conditions. The Commissioner of Children and Families, in collaboration with the Commissioners of Economic and Community Development, Social Services, Developmental Services and Public Health, the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the executive director of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, shall establish a pilot project to provide affordable housing and support services to families with children who have one or more serious, chronic medical conditions and have ongoing, significant health care service needs.
