Sec. 19a-127m. Implementation of performance improvement plans by hospitals. Submission of plans to department. All hospitals, licensed pursuant to provisions
of the general statutes, shall be required to implement performance improvement plans.
Such plans shall be made available upon request to the Department of Public Health.

than annually on a specific date as a condition of licensure.
