Sec. 19a-441. (Formerly Sec. 19-555). Appeal from denial or revocation of license. Any person aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license under this chapter
may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183, except venue
for such appeal shall be in the judicial district within which the assembly was to gather.
Such appeal shall be privileged.
