Sec. 20-492c. Licensure of out-of-state licensees. Fee. Upon payment to the department of a fee in the amount of one hundred dollars and the submission of a written
application provided by the department, the department shall issue a home inspector
license to any person who holds a valid license issued by another state with standards
substantially equivalent to or exceeding the standards of this state, as determined by the
department.
