Sec. 22-254. Enforcement by injunction.

      Sec. 22-254. Enforcement by injunction. Relief to enforce compliance with or to restrain violation of any provision of this part or any order, ruling, regulation or direction issued hereunder may be by injunction. The Commissioner of Agriculture may apply for such relief to the superior court for the judicial district of Hartford, or for the judicial district wherein the dealer resides or has his principal place of business. In connection with such application the commissioner shall not be required to allege or prove that an adequate remedy at law does not exist.
