      Sec. 22a-45d. (Formerly Sec. 19a-94a). Contingency plan for controlling mosquito infestation. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Commissioners of Public Health and Agriculture, shall establish a contingency plan, within available appropriations, for the spraying of larvicide to control mosquitoes in the event of an outbreak of infectious disease in any human or animal population due to mosquito infestation.
