Sec. 22a-134c. Authority of commissioner. The provisions of sections 22a-134
to 22a-134e, inclusive, shall not affect the authority of the commissioner under any
other statute or regulation, including, but not limited to, the authority to issue any order
to the transferor or transferee of an establishment.
