Sec. 22a-194. Definition of controlled substance. As used in sections 22a-194a
to 22a-194g, inclusive, "controlled substance" means a controlled substance under
Annex A, Group 1 of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer,
signed September 16, 1987, as may be amended.
