Sec. 22a-285i. Chief elected official's right of access to inspect. Delegation of
authority to inspect. The chief elected official, or his designee, of the municipality in
which the ash residue disposal area established under sections 16-50j, 22a-208b and
22a-285 to 22a-285k, inclusive, is located shall have the right to enter on and inspect
such area and may be delegated authority by the commissioner under section 22a-2a to
conduct inspections in connection with enforcement of the provisions of sections 22a-208 to 22a-219, inclusive.
