Sec. 23-38. Posting of notices containing fire laws. State forest fire control personnel may post such notices relating to forest fires and the statutes concerning fires as
the State Forest Fire Warden prepares, and any person who wilfully or maliciously tears
down or destroys any such notice shall be fined ten dollars.
