Sec. 26-142c. Vessel permit exemption for taking lobsters or fish for personal
use. Notwithstanding the requirements of subsection (a) of section 26-142a, no commercial fishing vessel permit shall be required for any vessel used for taking lobsters or
fish, including menhaden, for personal use only.
