Sec. 3-115a. Providing for budgetary and financial reporting needs of the executive branch. The Comptroller, in carrying out accounting processes and financial
reporting that meet constitutional needs, shall provide for the budgetary and financial
reporting needs of the executive branch as may be necessary through the CORE-CT
system.
