Sec. 32-212. Provisions of this chapter controlling over conflicting laws. To
the extent that the provisions of sections 32-200 to 32-212, inclusive, are inconsistent
with the provisions of any general statute or special act or parts thereof, the provisions
of sections 32-200 to 32-212, inclusive, shall be controlling.
