      Sec. 36a-463a. Audit report and net worth restoration plan by out-of-state, state-chartered or federally-chartered credit union that maintains branch in this state. (a) The commissioner may require any out-of-state, state-chartered or federally-chartered credit union that maintains a branch in this state pursuant to section 36a-462b, to submit an annual audit report to the commissioner.

      (b) An out-of-state, state-chartered or federally-chartered credit union that maintains a branch in this state that is required under federal law to submit a net worth restoration plan to the board of the National Credit Union Administration shall simultaneously submit an executed copy of such plan to the commissioner.
