Sec. 38a-266. (Formerly Sec. 38-546). Regulations by Insurance Commissioner. The commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of
chapter 54, relating to risk retention groups as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 38a-250 to 38a-265, inclusive.
