Sec. 38a-910. (Formerly Sec. 38-428). Continuation of delinquency proceedings. Every proceeding heretofore commenced under the laws in effect before October
1, 1979, shall be deemed to have commenced under sections 38a-903 to 38a-961, inclusive, for the purpose of conducting the proceeding henceforth, except that in the discretion of the commissioner the proceeding may be continued, in whole or in part, as it
would have been continued had said sections not been enacted.
