Sec. 38a-962i. Immunity from liability. There shall be no liability on the part of,
and no cause of action shall arise against, the commissioner or the department or its
employees or agents for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers
and duties under sections 38a-129, 38a-140 and 38a-962 to 38a-962j, inclusive.
