Sec. 42-299. Simulated checks. Restricted use. No person may distribute or
otherwise transfer a simulated check in connection with a sweepstakes in this state
unless the simulated check clearly and conspicuously bears the phrase "THIS IS NOT
A CHECK" diagonally printed on the face of the check.
