date section captioned "SECTION 9-701. EFFECTIVE DATE." This effective date
section was not included in public act 01-132 since the act was to become effective
in Connecticut on October 1, 2001. However, in codifying the act the Revisors have
maintained the section numbering system proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws by including this entry.)
