Sec. 48-53. Duties of public agencies re requests from Office of Ombudsman
for Property Rights. Each public agency shall (1) comply with reasonable requests of
the Office of Ombudsman for Property Rights for information and assistance, and (2)
participate in mediation if requested to do so by the Office of Ombudsman for Property
Rights.
