Sec. 51-275. Definitions. As used in this chapter, and sections 5-142, 5-190a and
54-152, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated unless the context requires
a different meaning: "Chief State's Attorney" means the chief of the Division of Criminal
Justice; "Deputy Chief State's Attorney" means the assistant chief of the Division of
Criminal Justice; "division" means the Division of Criminal Justice.
