Sec. 51-346a. Jury trial in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford. If a jury
trial is claimed in any civil action brought to the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford at
Ansonia, such trial shall be tried in Milford until such time as suitable facilities are
available for jury trials in either Ansonia or in Derby.
