364.37 Controversy concerning territory to be served; powers of commission.

If any person in constructing or extending his or her telecommunications facility unreasonably interferes or is about to unreasonably interfere with any telecommunications facility or service of any other person, or if a controversy arises between any two or more persons with respect to the territory professed to be served by each, the commission, on its own initiative or on complaint of any person claiming to be adversely affected, may make such order and prescribe such terms and conditions with respect thereto as are just and reasonable.
