589.34 Revocation of agreement.
Any agreement or revision thereof entered into by the Division of Forestry and a county or municipality under the provisions of this law shall continue from year to year, unless written notice is given to the other party 30 days prior to July 1 of any year of the intention to discontinue the work and cancel the agreement.
