633.817 Compliance.
Failure of a firefighter employer or an insurer to comply with ss. 633.801-633.821, or with any rules adopted under ss. 633.801-633.821, constitutes grounds for the division to seek remedies, including injunctive relief, by making appropriate filings with the circuit court.
