34-12-17. Use of existing rides; period for compliance
This chapter shall not be construed so as to prevent the use of any existing amusement ride found to be in a safe condition and to be in conformance with the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. Owners of amusement rides in operation on or before the effective date of this chapter shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter within six months after the adoption of said standards and regulations.
