34-12-20. Liability of state, department, or Commissioner
Neither this chapter nor any provision of this chapter shall be construed to place any liability on the State of Georgia, the department, or the Commissioner with respect to any claim by any person, firm, or corporation relating in any way whatsoever to amusement rides and any injury or damages arising therefrom.
