§ 53-2-93 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Construction of unconditional gift of income or interest

53-2-93. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Construction of unconditional gift of income or interest


An unconditional gift of the entire income of property or the interest accruing from a fund shall be construed into a gift of the property or fund unless the provisions of the will require a more limited meaning.
