§ 53-3-44 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Manner of probate when named executor is resident of state

53-3-44. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Manner of probate when named executor is resident of state


If the executor named in any foreign will is a resident of this state, he shall offer the will for probate as in cases of domestic wills, and letters testamentary shall issue accordingly.
