§ 53-7-31 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Administrators' bond and security -- Recordation and filing by judge of probate court

53-7-31. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Administrators' bond and security -- Recordation and filing by judge of probate court


All administrators' bonds shall be kept on file by the judge of the probate court, the same being first recorded, within six days after their execution, in a book to be kept for that purpose.
