§ 53-7-43 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Survival of action against joint administrators or executors

53-7-43. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Survival of action against joint administrators or executors


An action against joint administrators or executors shall not abate by the death of one but shall proceed against the survivor or survivors.
