§ 53-7-72 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Oath of appraisers

53-7-72. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Oath of appraisers


The appraisers, before entering upon their duties, shall take and subscribe an oath before an officer authorized to administer it or before one of their number who, by this Code section, shall be authorized to administer the oath faithfully to discharge their duty as appraisers.
