§ 53-8-4 - (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Applicability of Code Sections 53-8-1 through 53-8-3

Code Sections 53-8-1 through 53-8-3 shall be applicable only to executors and trustees acting under instruments made after July 1, 1972.
