ELECTION CONTESTS -- LEGISLATIVE AND STATE EXECUTIVE OFFICES
34-2128. Remedies. Not more than ten (10) days after the hearing, the court shall render an opinion in a primary contest as soon as is reasonably possible and shall prescribe such remedies as provided in this chapter as it deems just.
