MANUFACTURED HOMES -- STANDARDS

39-4001. Enforcement of law. The administrator of the division of building safety shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. It shall be the responsibility and duty of the state building code board to assist the administrator in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter as hereinafter provided.
